Food businesses operate using fragmented systems — recipes, cost calculations, delivery metrics, and financial reports are all managed in isolated silos. This lack of centralized data forces owners to make critical operational decisions based on assumptions rather than clear visibility into true profitability and waste impact.
Built within a 7-day V-Camp sprint alongside a multidisciplinary team, the core challenge was scope management. Instead of designing a bloated ERP, the MVP was strictly prioritized around profitability visibility. After defining the Information Architecture and core user flows, AI tools (Figma Make, ChatGPT, Gemini) were utilized to rapidly generate layouts and explore interaction patterns. This AI-assisted workflow drastically accelerated visual execution, allowing the team to focus entirely on product thinking, logic, and rapid iteration.
