Vexora — Smart Operations Platform
A 7-day product build developed during V-Camp (by Rakeezah). Vexora is a smart operations platform that helps food businesses understand real profitability by connecting cost, pricing, and delivery performance in one system.

The Problem
Many food businesses operate using fragmented systems — costs, recipes, delivery data, and reports are all separated. This makes it difficult to: -understand real product profitability -connect cost, pricing, and delivery commissions -identify where margin is being lost -make clear, data-driven decisions As a result, most decisions are based on estimation rather than actual visibility.
Design Approach
Due to the one-week constraint, the focus was on defining a clear and realistic MVP. I focused on: -simplifying the product scope -defining a clear user flow from cost → margin → decision -structuring the system around a dashboard-first experience -prioritizing clarity over feature complexity The solution was designed to give users a unified operational view instead of multiple disconnected tools. AI tools were used to accelerate ideation, structuring, and interface design, allowing faster iteration within limited time.
Outcome
The result was a functional product concept that demonstrates how food businesses can: -calculate real product cost and margins -understand delivery performance -gain clearer operational insights This project highlights my ability to: -work under tight constraints -define and prioritize MVP scope -design end-to-end product experiences -translate complex operational problems into clear interfaces
